Sales Representative – Addiction Medicine & Outpatient Therapy

The Sales Representative, Addiction Medicine & Outpatient Therapy will lead growth in the addiction medicine and outpatient therapy channel.

The Sales Representative, Addiction Medicine & Outpatient Therapy will lead growth in the addiction medicine and outpatient therapy channel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for outpatient therapy clinics and addiction recovery providers

2. Proactively prospect and build your own pipeline, using Keepr’s target list as a starting point, while also handling inbound interest from therapy owners and program managers

3. Position Keepr as a compliance and outcomes-focused solution for accountability in recovery and clinical care

4. Represent Keepr at national and regional conferences and industry events

5. Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting using Zoho CRM

6. Consistently meet or exceed monthly device sales goals

Job Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales — ideally in behavioral health, addiction recovery, digital health, or SaaS for healthcare

2. Strong understanding of outpatient therapy and/or recovery center operations

3. Comfortable with outbound sales, managing a high volume of activity, and closing consultative deals

4. Driven, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment

5. Excellent communicator with a bias for action
