Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and organize data from various sources into our database
  • Review and verify the accuracy of information entered
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in the data
  • Maintain and update records and spreadsheets
  • Prepare reports and summaries based on collected data
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and accuracy of data across all platforms
  • Continuously monitor and improve data quality and integrity

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or relevant field preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with little to no supervision
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Previous experience in data entry or data management preferred
