HubSpot Onboarding Specialist

OneIMS Group is seeking a dedicated HubSpot Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a smooth transition and successful implementation of HubSpot tools tailored to their specific business needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new HubSpot clients, ensuring they fully understand the platform's capabilities.
• Customize HubSpot setups according to clients' business objectives and industry requirements.
• Provide ongoing training and support to clients, helping them maximize their use of HubSpot’s features.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and client success.
• Create and maintain documentation on onboarding processes and guidelines for ongoing improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in onboarding or customer success roles, preferably within a b2b environment.
• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• HubSpot Certification in Onboarding or Implementation is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Familiarity with API integrations and third-party tools connected to HubSpot.
• Experience with training and development initiatives.
