Job Purpose:

Are you passionate about growing strong partner relationships and helping others succeed in selling innovative products? ESET is seeking aManager of Cahnnel Partnershipsto focus on strengthening and expanding our existing partner network within the consumer channel space.

In this role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to well-established retail, eTail, and OEM accounts—helping them understand, market, and sell ESET’s industry-leading cybersecurity solutions. Your mission? Deepen relationships, drive partner success, and expand our reach to more users through meaningful collaboration.

This role is perfect for someone with experience inSaaS, cybersecurity, or consumer techwho loves building strong partnerships and enabling success.

What you’ll do:

As theManager of Retail, eTail, and OEM Partnerships, you’ll lead a high-performing team focused on growing and deepening partnerships across consumer channels—empowering existing and new partners to successfully market and sell our products, and driving customer acquisition into ESET’s digital ecosystem.

  • Strengthen and manage relationships with existing Retail, eTail, and OEM partners
  • Educate partners on how to effectively position and sell ESET’s cybersecurity products
  • Develop joint business plans and drive sales enablement strategies
  • Collaborate with global marketing to execute partner campaigns and initiatives
  • Increase brand visibility through retail merchandising and in-store marketing
  • Support partners with impactful POS materials and co-branded content
  • Gather and share feedback with internal teams to refine partner programs
  • Align local partner strategies with global business objectives

What you’ll have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in retail channel management, partner development, or a related role is required—ideally within the software or tech industry
  • Proven ability to plan, launch, and manage in-store and digital retail campaigns—including endcaps, POP displays, online banners, promotional offers, and co-branded initiatives—in collaboration with the global Marketing team.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships
  • Skilled in educating and empowering partners to effectively sell complex products
  • Experience creating and executing joint business plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Comfortable working closely with marketing, sales, and global teams to drive partner success
  • Understanding of retail merchandising, product placement, and in-store marketing dynamics
  • Prior experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or related technology industries preferred
  • Ability to use data and performance metrics to inform strategies and optimize partner programs
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to all levels
