About this opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Analyst to join our corporate tax team. This position will support U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance, reporting, and planning initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you'll get to do
As a Tax Analyst, you’ll get hands-on experience across a variety of areas in corporate tax, with the opportunity to work on U.S. federal and state compliance, international reporting, and income tax provision work.
• Assist in preparation of U.S. federal and state income/franchise tax returns, estimated payments, and extensions.
• Support international compliance, including Forms 5471, 8858, and other related filings.
• Help prepare quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations under ASC 740 and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Finance to collect and analyze data for tax filings and audits.
• Maintain and update tax workpapers and schedules.
• Conduct basic tax research and assist with special projects as needed.
• Review and respond to tax notices from various jurisdictions.
Skills and experience we value
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Internship or academic experience in tax or accounting preferred (public or corporate).
• Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with tax software (CorpTax), or GL systems (OneStream, NetSuite) is a plus, but not required.

• Experience with Corptax tax compliance software
• U.S. corporate income tax compliance experience
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally with the tax team and other groups
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
