This is a remote position. Requirements

  • Highly motivated driving growth and sales, has 1 to 2 years cold calling experience. Having experience in the insurance industry is a plus!
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages
  • Experience in cold calling and appointment setting, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn about the commercial insurance industry
  • Strong persuasion and objection handling skills
  • Proficiency in using online research tools and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
