It’s an exciting time here at Everywhen as we continue to evolve our business and our Marketing function to help support our growth. This role sits within our divisional Employee Benefits marketing team.

Our Marketing Executives develop and deliver market-leading collateral, supporting in the delivery of multichannel marketing plans, campaigns, and tactical activities. This is an interesting and varied generalist role, where you will execute marketing both online and offline to deliver the overall business brief and collaborate with specialists and subject matter experts across the wider business to ensure campaigns and activities are fully optimised, delivered on time and to budget.

This is a remote, home-based position, however depending on your location there could be the opportunity to work from one of our UK based offices on a hybrid basis. Travel to meetings will also be required.

Some of the other key role accountabilities include:

  • Providing marketing and campaign support.
  • Assist in executing marketing across all platforms and channels – including events, email, social channels and the website
  • Collaborating with key business stakeholders and functional experts such as the digital, copy and design teams, to support delivery of a wide range of marketing requirements.
  • Being self-motivated and able to work independently with key stakeholders across the businesses to create and execute marketing plans.

What experience do you need?

We are seeking an individual with a relevant marketing qualification or degree or HND in Marketing, English Literature, Journalism or related subject. Ideally we would like to meet with those with some work based marketing experience, although not essential.

The rest is all about you as a person.

  • Most important is your ability to bring your best self to work every day to give your stakeholders the best possible experience.
  • You must be an excellent planner and be self-sufficient to manage a varied workload.
  • Demonstrate strong influencing and communication skills for stakeholder management.
  • Collaborative spirit, work well within a virtual team and be driven to learn, especially about the employee benefits insurance market.
