Opensend is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative’s (SDRs) to join our expanding team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our company by identifying and engaging with potential customers, generating leads, and nurturing relationships to ultimately drive sales revenue.
Opensend is a leading SaaS data company. Our platform identifies high-intent unknown website visitors to enable multichannel retargeting across email, social, and postal, extending the LTV of each customer, more profitably.

Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and activities in Hubspot.
Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies based on data insights.
Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
Utilize various tools and techniques to source new leads.
Create and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media.
Craft compelling and personalized messages to capture prospects' attention.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Conduct thorough qualification of leads to assess their fit for our products and services.
Identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
Effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions to prospects.
Share relevant marketing materials and resources with leads.
Develop and nurture relationships with leads through ongoing communication.
Monitor and track prospect interactions and engagements.
Implement lead nurturing strategies to move leads through the sales funnel.
2+ years of experience in Sales Development or a similar role in the e-commerce or SaaS industry is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach).
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
This position is 100% remote, you can work from home or from the beach; wherever you happen to be as long as your output is meeting expectations. Communication with the team will happen primarily in Slack, Hubspot, Google Drive, and email.
