Why does this role exist?
We're seeking a Bilingual Leasing Support Specialist to ensure smooth operations between our Spanish-speaking merchants and our payment processing solutions. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate documentation, resolving billing inquiries, and providing exceptional support to our merchant base while ensuring compliance with our leasing procedures. The position serves as a vital bridge between our Spanish-speaking merchants and our internal teams.

The Impact you’ll make

Documentation Management
  • Process and audit leasing paperwork for accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain organized digital records of all merchant documentation
  • Ensure the completeness of merchant files and follow up on missing information
Merchant Support
  • Provide bilingual support to merchants regarding their leasing agreements
  • Address and resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies
  • Guide merchants through documentation requirements and processes
Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with the underwriting team to verify documentation
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve merchant issues
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and procedures

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience
  • Experience with financial documentation or leasing
  • Proven track record of attention to detail
  • Remote work experience
  • WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor, and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40 MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

  • Occasional weekend availability for urgent matters
  • 40 hours per week
Compensation:
  • $7 per hour
