Our European Business Support Center (EBSC) is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:
EBSC has taken over operations from Marsh Europe in order to let our colleagues focus directly on clients. You will have a chance to work with recently implemented Clearsight, a new system for Claims Management across Europe. This innovative system comes with its own set of challenges, which is why we have established a dedicated Tier 1 Clearsight Support Team. This task force is designed to serve as the first line of support for users throughout Europe, focusing on building confidence in the system and ensuring transparency with management.
As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to join this dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in supporting daily activities and assisting users across Europe. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing the user experience and facilitating the successful adoption of the Clearsight system.

Follow up ticket and requests addressed to COE
Manage and track the evolution of Change request/Improvements submitted to the CAB
Extract and compile data on Excel, Analysie and build specific reporting on demand
Use the BI clearsight tool to create tailored Business reports
Performing daily maintenance request & Learn about clearsight
Be able to grow in the insurance market and to perform BAU task
Excellent command of spoken and written English (B2/C1)
Strong analytical skills - proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis
Strong organizational skills with a basic understanding of project management principles
Experience in engaging with internal clients, such as claims handlers and system users and to work with cross-European country
Capability to independently report on and track the progress of ongoing topics
Ability to manage a diverse range of tasks independently, demonstrating problem-solving and multitasking skills and the capacity to investigate issues without predefined processes
Familiarity with the claim’s environment is advantageous
Other European language is a plus (French, Danish, Portuguese, Spanish, German..)
Strong inclination for Softwares management and process improvement
