About the Role:

We are seeking a well-rounded SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in all aspects of search engine optimization, including technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content strategy. This role also requires basic knowledge of WordPress and Shopify to assist with implementation and troubleshooting when necessary.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive website audits and implement SEO best practices to improve rankings and performance
  • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content and SEO strategies
  • Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, images, internal linking, etc.)
  • Support and oversee off-page SEO efforts including link building and citations
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
  • Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-friendly content
  • Make minor content or structural updates in WordPress and Shopify as needed
  • Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO (technical, on-page, and off-page).
  • Familiarity with WordPress and Shopify (basic setup, theme management, and plugin/apps handling).
  • Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
