We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

Currently we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer SupportOperator. As a Customer Support Operator, you will play a crucial role in supporting customer inquiries.
Working schedule: Night shift 12:00am - 12:00pm GMT+3, 2 days shift + 2 days off

Tasks:

  • Answer customer inquiries via live chats and emails (no calls);
  • Provide accurate information about the products of the company;
  • Resolve cases in timely and professional manner;
  • Achieve quality and productivity targets set by the manager;
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Thai and English languages both written and verbal;
  • Previous experience on a similar position would be considerate as an advantage;
  • Customer focus personality;
  • Great communication and analytical skills.
