Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a successful business leader managing multiple ventures. Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendar scheduling across multiple business ventures and personal appointments
  • Serve as primary communication coordinator, drafting and sending professional correspondence
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries across various communication platforms
  • Manage youth sports program communications, including schedule coordination and parent inquiries
  • Draft and distribute recognition messages and team communications
  • Handle time-sensitive administrative tasks across multiple business entities
  • Coordinate and schedule various meetings, appointments, and events
  • Maintain organized documentation and scheduling systems
  • Act as first point of contact for routine inquiries
  • Utilize provided AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Support various administrative initiatives as the role evolves

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in executive or personal assistant roles
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in digital communication platforms and scheduling tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellence in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Professional discretion and strong confidentiality practices
  • Adaptable mindset and willingness to learn new tools and processes
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholder communications
  • Proven track record of reliability and attention to detail
