Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts across paid media, email marketing automation, social media, SEO, and analytics. This role plays a critical part in driving demand generation, brand visibility, and measurable pipeline impact across Bluefin’s marketing and sales teams.
Reporting to the
SVP of Marketing, the ideal candidate will be highly analytical and creative, with a strong understanding of paid digital advertising platforms, marketing automation (Pardot), and SEO. They should be experienced in translating data into actionable insights, optimizing campaigns based on performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure marketing efforts align with revenue goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Paid Media- Strategize, execute, and manage paid digital campaigns with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Optimize targeting, ad creative, and spend to drive qualified leads and conversions.
- Measure and report campaign KPIs regularly to the SVP of Marketing, with actionable insights to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team post-campaign to share results and assist in lead follow-up strategies.
Pardot Marketing Automation- Build and manage end-to-end campaigns in Pardot, including net new, nurture, and drip campaigns.
- Design automated workflows, segment audiences, and personalize campaign messaging to increase engagement and MQLs.
- Track performance of Pardot campaigns and report regularly to Marketing leadership with recommendations for optimization.
Reporting & Analytics- Own KPI development and dashboard reporting across paid media and marketing automation efforts.
- Monitor digital funnel performance and identify opportunities to increase conversion at every stage.
- Conduct A/B testing and post-campaign analysis to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
Social Media & Content Distribution- Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute a social calendar featuring Bluefin news, product updates, and thought leadership.
- Monitor post performance, impressions, and engagement to refine content strategy.
- Provide recommendations for new thought leadership content based on social performance trends.
SEO & Website Optimization- Act as the primary liaison with Bluefin’s SEO agency to improve keyword ranking and website visibility.
- Ensure alignment of SEO strategy with content marketing and paid search efforts.
- Implement recommendations for on-page SEO, including meta descriptions, headers, and keyword-rich copy.
Innovation & Best Practices- Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
- Proactively recommend new strategies, platforms, or techniques that align with Bluefin’s growth goals.
- Experiment with new channels or tactics that could increase visibility and lead generation.
Skills and Qualifications

- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in FinTech, payments, or cybersecurity.
- Proven expertise managing paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience building campaigns in Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM, and preferably WordPress.
- Excellent writing and communication skills across formats (social copy, landing pages, email content).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Experience managing external vendors or agencies (SEO, digital media, creative).
- Familiarity with 6Sense or intent-based marketing platforms (preferred but not required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
