Job Description

Working directly with the UK-based business development team, you’ll leverage both research and communication skills to identify and engage key industry stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Research and compile comprehensive databases of qualified solar installers, builders, and developers across target markets
  • Navigate industry certification websites and professional directories to identify potential business partners
  • Build and maintain detailed contact lists including websites, phone numbers, and email addresses
  • Execute targeted email campaigns using company-approved templates
  • Track and analyse response rates from outreach initiatives
  • Maintain detailed records of all communications and follow-up requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between prospects and the business development team
  • Utilize company tools including Basecamp and AI-powered platforms to optimize workflow
  • Conduct preliminary phone calls to verify contact information (optional based on comfort level)
  • Provide regular progress reports and maintain organized documentation


Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
  • Proficient in database management and spreadsheet software
  • Outstanding written communication skills in English
  • Experience with email campaign management and tracking
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Professional communication style for potential voice interactions
