Job DescriptionTake ownership of building valuable relationships within the thriving Ohio real estate community. In this dynamic role, you’ll connect with influential real estate professionals, including top-performing realtors, established attorneys, and successful property investors. Using your exceptional communication skills, you’ll introduce our client’s premium title insurance and escrow services, helping streamline real estate transactions for professionals across the Columbus market. This position offers the perfect blend of sales, relationship building, and real estate industry exposure, with the flexibility of remote work and the backing of an established company.
Responsibilities- Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to real estate professionals, focusing on high-value prospects
- Develop and nurture relationships with realtors, attorneys, and property investors
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Columbus real estate market
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and company leadership
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and lead status in the company’s CRM
- Track and report on key performance metrics and conversion rates
- Research and identify potential business opportunities within the local market
- Collaborate with management to refine and improve outreach strategies
Requirements
- Outstanding verbal communication skills with a clear, professional phone presence
- Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telephone sales preferred
- Basic understanding of real estate transactions and industry terminology
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Professional demeanor and confident communication style
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office environment
- Availability during standard business hours (Eastern Time)
- Results-oriented mindset with strong follow-through capabilities
