Job Description for SEO Specialist
Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve search visibility across major search engines, especially Google
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
  • Optimize website content for on-page SEO (meta tags, headers, internal linking, etc.)
  • Execute off-page SEO strategies including link-building and outreach
  • Monitor and analyze performance using tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates, core web vitals, and SEO best practices
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on SEO performance and areas of improvement



Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of proven SEO experience, with a strong focus on Google Search
  • Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles
  • Proficient with SEO tools including Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Familiarity with ranking factors, core web vitals, and algorithm updates
  • Experience with Google My Business (GMB) is a plus
