Job Description

You’ll work directly with the artist to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, create engaging content, and build meaningful connections with fans across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms
  
• Create engaging, platform-specific content that resonates with target audiences
  
• Manage and optimize social media presence using professional tools like Hootsuite and Buffer
  
• Craft compelling artist biographies and promotional materials optimized for Google visibility
  
• Build and maintain a consistent content calendar across all social channels
  
• Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously refine marketing strategies
  
• Identify and engage with authentic target audiences to build genuine fan connections
  
• Generate regular performance reports and provide strategic recommendations
  
• Collaborate directly with the artist to ensure brand voice consistency
  
• Implement SEO best practices to improve online visibility and searchability
  

Requirements

• Proven track record in social media marketing and content creation
  
• Demonstrated experience with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer)
  
• Strong analytical skills with experience in social media metrics and reporting
  
• Excellence in written communication and content development
  
• Proficiency in audience targeting and engagement strategies
  
• Understanding of SEO principles and Google visibility optimization
  
• Experience in digital marketing for entertainment/music industry preferred
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills
  
• Passion for music industry and authentic audience engagement
  
• Experience with international markets is a plus
