About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to elevate CloudBees’ brand through high-impact visual storytelling across presentations, multimedia assets, illustrations, and more. This role will be instrumental in crafting compelling, cohesive, and scalable design solutions that support our marketing, brand, and sales enablement efforts.

As part of the Corporate Marketing team, you will be responsible for designing visually engaging presentations, infographics, interactive content, and motion graphics that bring our brand narrative to life. Your work will enhance how we communicate with customers, partners, and internal teams - ensuring every touchpoint reflects CloudBees’ innovation and leadership in DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain customer-facing and internal presentation templates, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
  • Develop high-quality visual assets for sales enablement, including pitch decks, one-pagers, infographics, and interactive PDFs.
  • Create compelling multimedia content, including motion graphics, video snippets, and animated explainers for marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Produce custom illustrations and iconography to elevate brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the brand and content teams to evolve our design system and visual identity.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and enablement teams to create engaging, data-driven storytelling assets (ROI reports, business cases, and strategic presentations).
  • Support website and digital content design needs, ensuring a consistent look and feel across platforms.
  • Implement scalable design workflows and asset management practices to ensure efficiency across teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or consulting.
  • Expertise in visual storytelling, particularly in designing high-quality presentations, multimedia, and digital content.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and Google Slides.
  • Experience creating motion graphics, short videos, and animations for marketing and sales.
  • Strong ability to design interactive and data-driven assets such as web-based tools, calculators, and reports.
  • Familiarity with brand systems and content management best practices.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, collaborating across marketing, sales, and product teams.
