Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager with a background in real estate to help increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance the visibility of our real estate-focused websites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, and driving performance through on-page and off-page optimization specifically tailored for real estate businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for real estate websites, focusing on local SEO and industry-specific optimization.
  • Perform ongoing keyword research with a focus on real estate search terms and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize on-page elements, including metadata, content, and site structure, to improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage off-page SEO initiatives such as link building and outreach specific to the real estate industry.
  • Monitor SEO performance, analytics, and trends within the real estate sector to identify issues and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure that all web content is optimized for SEO and aligned with real estate business goals.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends, particularly within the real estate market, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager, preferably with a background in real estate.
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and real estate industry ranking methods.
  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics).
  • Strong technical and on-page SEO expertise, particularly in the real estate market.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Salary: $1500 - $1700 per month
