Junior Marketer - SEO/SEM Campaign Expert (ZR_18900_JOB)

Responsibilities - Marketing
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Organizing various projects, from conception to completion.
  • Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market.
  • Boost website and social media presence.
  • Create content - written, video, posts to exemplify our strong knowledge base and expertise
  • Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations and materials.
  • Manage and update companydatabaseand customer relationship management systems (CRM)
  • Communications to target market to encourage hits on our site and questions on our services
  • Conductmarket research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaire
  • Advise on marketing methods to increase hits, contacts and market share
Responsibilities - Admin Support
  • Communicate with team members to ensure understanding, completion of tasks efficiently to meet objectives.
  • Communicate directly with clients to encourage trusting relationships and obtain information.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Assist with creating or formatting documents and forms
  • Assist in monitoring period between potential and actual client contacts to follow up, inform on where a person is in the intake or preparation process timeline

Requirements:

  • Good communication and people skills.


  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.


  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a marketer, administrator, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords).
  • Basic knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, PDF, marketing computer software, and online applications.
  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.

Highly Regarded Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns.

  • Social media savvy and experience in social media marketing.

  • Creativity and commercial awareness.

  • Experience in a similar remote role.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
