Appointment Setter - Proficiency in Medical Terminology (ZR_17793_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Schedule

• Full Time
  
• Wednesday to Sunday
  
• 10am to 7pm Clearwater, FL Time
  
• With 1 hour Unpaid Break
  
• 8 Hours per Day - 40 Hours per Week
  

Responsibilities

• Setting appointments for prospective patients who have responded to the company’s marketing efforts
  
• Having conversations with leads to answer basic questions, qualifying them, and booking appointments
  
• Following provided call scripts but also being able to go off-script when needed
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in appointment setting
  
• Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
  
• Excellent phone communication skills
