The System Solution Architect, HPC (AI) Racks is a crucial member of the Global Strategic Accounts (GSA) AC Power Team during the early engagement phases of customer programs with large industry leading customers. The position requires competencies in HPC (AI) and OCP rack designs as part of an overall Dynamic Power solution, as well as customer and presentation skills to deliver custom solutions to meet demanding customer business challenges. The role will be developing solutions and reference designs for new and evolving HPC (AI) and OCP Dynamic Power technologies like liquid and air-cooled loads, power bussing, data bussing and rPDUs as well as mechanical considerations for liquid cooling deployments to and within the rack. It is a mix of mechanical, thermal, and electrical skills.

The anticipated total compensation range for this role in the CA and WA locality is between $200-$250k per year salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. The role is on an 80/20 split, the 20% Sales Incentive pays monthly which is included in the $200-$250k total compensation number. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. The role is eligible to participate in a comprehensive and competitive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO, holiday pay, and 401k.
