We’re seeking a Senior Staff Full-Stack Engineer to join our team and work on the product that powers our operations team in delivering high-quality home care. As a Senior Staff Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define, design, and implement solutions that address both immediate needs and long-term goals. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, can tackle technical debt, and delivers innovative products that make an impact.
The ideal candidate is motivated by delivering business value and thrives in environments where systems may vary in maturity. They are comfortable navigating and making thoughtful tradeoffs in complex technical decisions. You will join a small, talented team of passionate engineers, where your contributions will play a key role in shaping the future evolution of our home care operations platform.
The tech stack you'll work with includes: Python, Thrift, MySQL, AWS, JavaScript, Looker, GitHub, DataDog
Our range reflects the hiring range for this position. We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company. Individual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training.
Base pay is just a part of our total rewards program.
