They're seeking a Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the sales cycle, ensuring efficient and scalable revenue growth. This high-impact role will shape their sales strategy in a dynamic, mission-driven environment, reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy role, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- High proficiency in analyzing complex datasets to drive business decisions, with strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis from data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) as an advanced user or administrator, including custom objects, workflows, and process builder.
- A demonstrated ability to think strategically, translating high-level business goals into actionable operational plans. Strong understanding of core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, LTV, CAC) and their drivers.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion, working with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product.
