Delivery Manager

LimeFlight is seeking a Delivery Manager to drive the development and launch of innovative solutions for sustainable inflight service management. The role involves managing the entire delivery process, from roadmap definition to release, and collaborates with multiple teams to achieve mission critical features. They want to contribute to reducing food waste and the carbon footprint of the airline industry.

Requirements

• 3–5 years managing tech delivery (projects/programs) with cross‐functional teams.
• Strong technical background around Software Engineering.
• Expertise and strong knowledge on how B2B web apps are built.
• Strong Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban) and the ability to tailor processes pragmatically.
• Proven stakeholder management (product, engineering, leadership; clients if applicable).
• Solid planning and execution: roadmap/milestones, dependencies, risks/issues, change control.
• Excellent communication: concise updates, executive-ready reports, run steering meetings.
