Integration Consultant I

UKG is seeking an Integration Consultant I to create solutions for UKG's customers, meeting their interface requirements. The role involves implementing solutions in the Cloud environment using Boomi and Dell Boomi, as well as understanding and applying UKG's HCM/WFM products and integration knowledge. The consultant will also handle customer related tasks and provide support to UKG clients and support teams. They utilize the defined implementation process and work remotely.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the HCM/WFM product and Dell Boomi integration knowledge.
• Knowledge of the UKG defined methodology for interfacing solutions.
• Following the UKG defined methodology to provide solutions for interfaces.
• Using Professional Services concepts, implement software in various environments.
• Understanding the requirements from the Regional Consultants/Customers/Vendors.
• Preparing the design document or understanding the requirements.
• Coding, testing and deploying interfaces.
• User Acceptance Testing support.
• Upgrading existing UKG customers.
• Upgrading existing customers to the newer version
• Providing effort estimate and support to US/EEM/APAC clients
• Support major releases/upgrades during US business hours.
• Flexibility for taking calls in the evening with Regional Consultants/Clients
• Understanding requirements from US, EMEA, Australia
• Guide Regional Consultants
