  • Meet with stakeholders – including decision-makers, system owners, and end users – to define business, financial, and operational requirements and system goals; identify and resolve system issues.
  • Lead design sessions to prototype new systems aimed at enhancing business processes, operations, and information flow.
  • Define the scope and parameters of system analysis to establish outcome criteria and measurable action plans. Work with the team on the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, as well as enhancements to existing systems.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, provide recommendations and alternatives to address existing and potential issues in operating systems across business functions.
  • Coordinate and conduct in-depth testing for new and modified systems, as well as provide post-implementation support.
  • Develop MIS and analytical reports to support product managers in achieving business goals. Advise product managers on data availability, system interventions, and manage requests for exceptional data or reporting requirements. Collaborate with product managers to define business criteria and ensure timely execution and delivery of requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Law, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Business, Economics, or Arts).
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a consumer banking environment.
  • The applicant must possess project management skills.
