Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Admin Assistant is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns while ensuring efficient lead handling and customer communication. This role supports sales growth through campaign coordination, lead management, email marketing, social media support, and administrative content creation. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple platforms and communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Platform Management

  • Develop and maintain a campaign calendar aligned with sales forecasts, business goals, and training schedules
  • Plan and write campaign content, including copywriting for marketing initiatives
  • Schedule weekly campaigns and monitor campaign performance
  • Track responses, allocate qualified leads, and adjust campaign plans as required
  • Prepare monthly campaign performance report
Lead & Customer Management
  • Monitor, organise, and assign new leads to the sales team daily
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
  • Process and manage fast-track leads efficiently
  • Send review requests to newly registered clients
  • Monitor and manage live chat and inbox communications throughout the day
  • Respond to incoming lead enquiries and follow-up messages
  • Create customer roadmaps for prospects not yet qualified

Email Marketing

  • Design and update email templates
  • Write marketing copy for email campaigns
  • Build and manage email campaigns and automated workflows
  • Schedule and monitor email marketing performance
Social Media Support
  • Assist in creating and scheduling content for organic social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Monitor and manage comments, including responding, hiding, or removing when necessary
  • Forms, Documents & Content Administration
  • Create and update company forms and documents
  • Edit training materials, price lists, guidebooks, and internal resources
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across all documentation

  • Creating reports

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or lead management
  • Experience running email marketing campaigns
  • Experience in lead generation or qualifying leads
  • Experience with CRM, marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ERP), and Microsoft Dynamics is highly advantageous
  • Experience in scheduling and moderating social media content
  • Strong writing and copywriting skills
  • A portfolio of relevant work is required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident handling of customer communications and enquirProactive, reliable, and able to work independently
Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: Php 35,0002. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines' public holidays

10. SHIFT TIMES: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
