Distribution Project Manager (Remote - US)

This role plays a key part in supporting large-scale logistics and distribution operations for defense missions. You will oversee multiple aspects of project and contract management, ensuring that complex logistical systems function efficiently, effectively, and in line with strict operational standards. Acting as the primary point of contact for project performance, you will lead teams, allocate resources, resolve challenges, and coordinate closely with government stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to directly contribute to critical national and global distribution missions by optimizing logistics services and supporting rapid deployment initiatives.

Accountabilities:

• Provide comprehensive management and leadership to ensure successful and timely project completion within budget.
• Act as the main authority on all matters related to contractor performance and operational delivery.
• Manage project personnel, allocate resources, and resolve challenges to maintain workflow continuity.
• Oversee contract and large-scale project management, ensuring compliance with government expectations and directives.
• Monitor operational performance and coordinate with government representatives to maintain satisfaction and mission alignment.
• Support global logistics operations, including deployment readiness for emerging mission requirements.

Requirements

• Active Secret government security clearance (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of ten (10) years of relevant government or private-sector experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of management experience overseeing contracts, budgets, and project execution.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving logistics, resource allocation, and personnel oversight.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
• Must be able to deploy globally within 48 hours of notification and maintain an active passport for uninterrupted travel.
