The client seeks an experienced, creative, and organized Marketing & Client Experience Virtual Assistant with a strong background in mortgage or real estate marketing. The role blends marketing execution, client relationship support, and presentation assistance, managing co-branded materials, PowerPoint decks, gift logistics, review requests, and content posting.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in mortgage or real estate marketing required
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and marketing collateral creation
- Strong communication and writing skills with client-facing professionalism
- Experience handling sensitive client data — confidentiality and compliance awareness required
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with social media posting, brand consistency, and content creation
- Familiarity with BombBomb, Homebot, ListReports, MBS Highway, and Keeping Current Matters is a plus
- Experience with review platforms such as Experience.com, Zillow, Google Business, and Redfin OpenBook is a plus
