This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of our global project portfolio, valued at over $50M, and aligning our IT initiatives with our business strategy.

Position Summary:
The Senior Director of PMO will provide leadership across a broad range of global projects and programs, ensuring all initiatives meet budget, scope, and quality standards. This role will lead our PMO community, implement project management best practices, and oversee resource management, risk management, and reporting. As a trusted advisor to senior management, you will coach and develop PMO leadership and team members, fostering excellence throughout the organization.

What You'll Do:

• Portfolio Oversight (40%):Oversee the successful delivery of a project portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and keeping IT leadership informed of impactful changes. Develop processes to monitor and evaluate portfolio health, delivering executive-level briefings regularly.

• Project Delivery Quality & Consistency (30%):Enhance the quality and consistency of project delivery by deploying management best practices and conducting regular project reviews. Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and standards.

• Portfolio Communication & Financial Oversight (20%):Establish a communication framework for excellence in reporting. Deliver timely, accurate reports to stakeholders and provide fiduciary oversight of global portfolio financials.

• Team Development & Resource Optimization (10%):Foster the growth of PMO leads and key contributors through coaching and development. Build and retain a high-performing team while optimizing leadership performance.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or a related field required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years leading a PMO or managing complex portfolios/programs.

• Experience in large-scale, global IT portfolios preferred.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., OnePlan, MS Project, Jira, Asana) and business intelligence tools.

• Strong leadership, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.

• Expertise in organizational change management and financial oversight of large project portfolios.
