Director, IT (Remote US)

Splice is seeking a Director, IT to manage and scale technology systems for employees across the organization. This remote leadership role focuses on ensuring secure, reliable, and seamless employee technology experiences, driving automation, and leading a growing IT team to achieve strategic goals in a remote-friendly environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing IT systems in technology companies, preferably with 100–500 employees.
• Hands-on expertise with MDM (Mobile Device Management), SSO (Single Sign-On), SaaS administration, and endpoint security.
• Experience supporting hybrid or remote-first teams, ensuring seamless distributed work.
• Strong skills in automating repetitive tasks and building scalable internal tooling.
• Ability to balance short-term fixes with long-term infrastructure planning.
• Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach.
• Strategic planning and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach IT professionals, fostering both personal and business growth.
