Our parent company, Conetic, is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition professional. In this role, you will be instrumental in forging strong connections with potential talent and existing staff. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring mutual growth by developing strategic talent acquisition strategies and understanding both our company's unique offerings and the aspirations of individual employees.
Identify, attract, and onboard top talent aligned with the company's objectives and culture;
Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates and future employees, hiring managers throughout the hiring and onboarding process;
Foster a positive workplace environment, ensuring employee satisfaction and retention;
Keep a good communication level with hiring managers;
Maintaining HR records, updating databases, and handling documentation;
Collect feedback from candidates, employees and external partners to ensure a continues improvement of recruitment processes;
Develop employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's presence in the job market;
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress;
Ensure adherence to HR regulations, safety protocols, and legal requirements;
Collaborate, when needed, with various departments to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives;
Address HR-related issues promptly, ensuring smooth operations and organizational stability;
Regularly review and refine HR processes, policies, and practices to optimize talent management;
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a relevant field;
Up to 2 years of experience as an HR analyst, talent acquisition analyst, or similar roles;
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Keynote;
Experience working with Ashby is a strong plus;
Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach;
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
