Sales Representative (Colombia)

First Advantage is seeking a Mid-Market Sales Representative to join their growing LATAM team in Colombia, Peru, and Argentina. This is a remote role involving periodic travel, focused on generating new business, driving sales, and expanding First Advantage’s presence in the region. The role requires a self-starter with a strong sales acumen and the ability to manage relationships and close deals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proven ability to generate leads
• Strong negotiation & communication skills
• Comfort using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset
