Enterprise Business Development Manager

Gateway.fm is a leading Web3 infrastructure company delivering mission-critical platform and infrastructure services. We are looking for an Enterprise Business Development Manager to lead strategic partnerships with financial institutions and large enterprises.

Requirements

• 8–10 years in business development or enterprise sales
• Background in management consulting (Big 4 preferred)
• Strong network across financial markets and/or large enterprise ecosystems in North America or Europe
• Working knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, Ethereum scaling solutions, and decentralized technologies
• Proven ability to manage large-scale enterprise engagements from opportunity to execution
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
