Principal Product Designer (Teams)

Microsoft is seeking a talented Principal Product Designer to join their design team at Microsoft Teams. In this role, you will define and design compelling experiences that empower people to achieve more together by shaping the core communication and collaboration features. You'll lead expansive prototyping initiatives, guide the adoption of Design Systems, and provide oversight and guidance to a team of product designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 8+ years experience working in product or service design
• Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 6+ years experience working in product or service design
• OR equivalent experience.
