This position is contingent upon contract award. We are currently pursuing a proposal and are seeking qualified candidates to include in our submission and identify candidates for future hiring needs on the program once awarded.

For this position, we are seeking a talented individual to join AIS as a Program Manager.As your initial project assignment, you will support the unique needs of our client as a Partner Success Manager (PSM).The Partner Success Manager (PSM) serves as a Deputy Program Manager for a large-scale government contract, playing a critical role in ensuring successful execution of the BPA. This position requires a deep understanding of large-scale government contracts, partner relationships with subcontractors and ideally CTA members, and performance requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in managing complex IT projects, and the ability to remove barriers for subcontractors and partners to ensure mission success. Person must show ability to create and refine program infrastructure such as templates, playbooks, and best practices. Secret clearance required.
This is a proposal-based position; employment is contingent upon contract award and funding availability.
Lead partnerships with a large team of CTA members and subcontractors.
Act as Deputy PM, supporting overall program leadership and execution.
Facilitate Executive Steering Committee (ESC) meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
Monitor and report BPA performance and workshare metrics.
Develop and maintain Playbook modules focused on partner performance, reporting, and response requirements.
Create training, templates, best practices and additional information to ensure delivery success across multiple task orders with different leads.
Organize regular partner engagement meetings to discuss risks, concerns and to remove blockers to delivery success.
Identify and remove barriers (e.g., Top Secret Facility Clearance (TS FCL)) for small business subcontractors and partners.
Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes impacting short-term project growth and success.
Education: BA/BS degree in a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of project/program management experience, preferably within DoD environments.
Certifications: PMP required; Agile Scrum certification preferred.
Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and lead technical teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple contractors as the lead on large-scale projects.
Ideas and skills in creating best practices as the foundation of large projects.
Strong understanding of cost, schedule, and scope management principles.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
Passion and experience in mentoring small businesses.
Experience with BPA performance management.
Proven ability to utilize agile methodologies to manage large-scale projects.
