Skills Coach - Coaching Professional Level 5 Apprenticeship

We are recruiting a Skills Coach to support learners on the Coaching Professional Level 5 Apprenticeship programme and join our thriving team of learning professionals. As a supportive and skilled coach, you will provide expert coaching, guidance, and motivation to adult learners and contribute to the continuous improvement of our coaching practices.

Requirements

• Experience delivering coaching or mentoring in the workplace
• Knowledge and experience of the Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship Standard
• Coaching qualification at Level 5 or above (or relevant practical experience)
• Recognised teaching or assessing qualification (desirable)
• Membership of a coaching body such as EMCC, ICF, or Association for Coaching (desirable but not essential)
