Product Delivery Manager, Salesforce/Data Warehouse/BI

As a Product Delivery Manager, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives, focusing on Salesforce, data warehousing, and business intelligence solutions. You will align project delivery with organizational goals and stakeholder priorities, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. This role involves guiding cross-functional teams, managing roadmaps, and facilitating integration between technical and business processes. You will actively influence product strategy, optimize workflows, and contribute to decision-making that enhances overall system performance. Remote work is supported, with minimal travel required.

Accountabilities

• Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of Salesforce, data warehouse, and BI projects.
• Maintain stakeholder-approved roadmaps and Jira boards aligned with strategic objectives.
• Partner with IT engineering teams to define technical solutions and product requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation, system updates, and training resources using Atlassian tools.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, enhancements, and troubleshooting activities.
• Assess team capacity, allocate resources, and adjust timelines to meet business expectations.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and decision-making to maximize value delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce and Salesforce Product Management.
• 3+ years of experience with Enterprise Data Warehousing, Integration, and Business Intelligence.
• 5+ years collaborating with teams in Agile environments and distributing work effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to implement complex IT systems and convert business needs into PRDs and Jira work items.
• Experience with business intelligence, making product decisions, and prioritization trade-offs.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Advanced planning, communication, and organizational skills.
