What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize the RDC (Retention/Drainage/Clarification) product portfolio in line with regional strategy

• Support pricing and profitability initiatives

• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Production, Regulatory, and technical teams

• Assist in product launches, lifecycle management, and forecasting

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field

• A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in product management or technical/commercial roles gained in production environments

• Strong commercial/technical mindset and analytical ability

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
