Grouponâs Commercial Finance Strategy team is looking for a curious, data-loving, marketing-savvy human to join us at the intersection of Marketing, Supply, and Market Operations. In this role, youâll make sure our marketing plans actually match whatâs happening in the real worldâwhatâs in stock, whatâs trending, whatâs performingâand help connect customers with the right offers at the right time.

Be the go-to supply partner for Marketing and Market Managersâalign campaign calendars with what audiences want, what merchants are ready for, and whatâs happening in each market đ
Build and maintain SQL-powered reporting that keeps a pulse on campaign and supply health (selection depth, competitiveness, content quality, ROAS, CAC, AOV⌠all the greatest hits) đ
Dig into funnel performance and marketplace trends to uncover patterns, spot gaps, and turn âhmm interestingâŚâ into âhereâs exactly what we should do nextâ đ
Keep up with marketing trends, attribution changes, platform updates, and AI workflowsâand translate them into experiments, playbooks, and better ways of working đ¤
Partner with Market Managers, Channel teams, Ops, Product, CRM, and Finance to share insights, align priorities, and bring cross-functional magic to life â¨
Help shape quarterly and annual plans by sizing opportunities, setting KPIs, and connecting marketing investment to business outcomes đ
Hunt down process bottlenecks and automation opportunitiesâthen help build the solutions that remove them âĄ
3+ years in marketing analytics, growth, marketplace ops, or a similar analytical role
You speak fluent marketing metricsâCAC, CPC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, retention, selection coverage, and more đ
SQL is a must: youâre comfortable querying large datasets, joining tables, using window functions, and delivering clean, trustworthy data
Strong Excel/Sheets skills; visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Data Studio) are a bonus
Familiar with analytics and tracking tools like GA/GA4, ad platforms, UTMs, MMPs, and GMP. Salesforce experience is a plus
Naturally curious, detail-oriented, and always looking for smarter, faster, more automated ways to get things done đ¤
