Ryz Labs is seeking an experienced eDiscovery associate to support one of our U.

Ryz Labs is seeking an experienced eDiscovery associate to support one of our U.S.-based clients in managing end-to-end legal discovery workflows. This role will be key in strengthening their document response capabilities and supporting both large litigation cases and smaller investigations.

What You’ll Do

  • Run complete eDiscovery workflows: case setup, custodian management, legal holds, data collection, culling, review preparation, and export.
  • Maintain chain of custody, documentation rigor, and auditability across all cases.
  • Collaborate closely with internal legal teams and outside counsel.
  • Execute document search strategies and filtering using advanced keywords and metadata.
  • Support ongoing improvements in internal discovery and data management processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with eDiscovery tools (Purview, Reveal, or Onna preferred; other tools welcome).
  • Familiarity with email systems, file storage, and cloud collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Teams).
  • Solid understanding of legal discovery processes and terminology.
  • Proven experience working with legal teams or external counsel.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and confidentiality standards.
