The role involves providing outstanding support to Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting with inquiries related to aviation services, bookings, and customer relations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry, is highly preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• A genuine passion for aviation and helping customers navigate their travel needs
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
