Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, with strong communication skills

- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry, is highly preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
