People Development Group Intern

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a People Development Intern to support the training team. This remote, hybrid, or in-person role involves assisting with E-Learning content creation, curriculum maintenance, and supporting virtual instructor-led training. Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university.
• One year of Customer Service experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to learn complex skills with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and type English.
• Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
• Regular collaboration on camera via Microsoft Teams.
