Clinical Quality Specialist

Grow Therapy is seeking a Clinical Quality Specialist to support therapists in achieving high standards of care, clinical outcomes, and client satisfaction. This role focuses on strengthening skills, promoting quality improvement, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The position involves collaborating with clinicians and contributing to the overall mental health outcomes of care.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD)
• 1-3 years of experience in clinical work and/or quality assurance, auditing, compliance in a behavioral health environment or at the payor level
• Familiarity with documentation standards, risk awareness, and service expectations
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Familiarity with digital behavioral health platforms, EHRs, or telehealth-based care models
