Position SummaryThe Vice President of Managed Cloud Delivery is responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, financial performance, and customer success of the Managed Cloud Delivery line of business, with full accountability for the end-to-end delivery of SAP and enterprise workloads within private, regulated, and security-sensitive environments.

The Vice President of Managed Cloud Delivery is responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, financial performance, and customer success of the Managed Cloud Delivery line of business, with full accountability for the end-to-end delivery of SAP and enterprise workloads within private, regulated, and security-sensitive environments. This executive leads a global delivery organization, ensuring reliability, compliance, scalability, and operational resilience while driving SLA attainment, executive escalation management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. The role owns portfolio performance and service governance at the enterprise level and advances a scalable, ITIL-aligned managed services operating model supported by strong governance, financial discipline, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Managed Cloud Services strategy, aligning delivery operations with enterprise growth objectives, security mandates, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance standards.

  • Own the Managed Cloud Delivery P&L, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, cost optimization, and investment prioritization across the portfolio.

  • Lead AI-enabled transformation and automation, embedding intelligent tooling, RTS accelerators, automation initiatives, and predictive operations to enhance quality, efficiency, and delivery predictability.

  • Serve as executive delivery interface for strategic clients, driving measurable outcomes, facilitating QBRs, and translating operational performance into business value.

  • Provide hands-on leadership, guiding teams through SAP-specific operational challenges and serve an executive escalation point for complex incidents, outages, and client-critical issues.

  • Establish and mature service performance governance frameworks, including SLAs, KPIs, service reviews, and root cause analysis aligned with ITIL and SAP best practices

  • Drive standardization, automation, and tooling across SAP operations (monitoring, job scheduling, incident management, patching) while improving delivery predictability, quality and cost efficiency.

  • Mentor and develop team members, supporting onboarding, workforce planning, and performance management.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Sales to align roadmap priorities, solution design and go-to-market strategy to enhance outcomes.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in IT Managed Services, Cloud Delivery, or Infrastructure Operations, with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles

  • Demonstrated experience owning and managing Managed Services or Cloud Delivery P&L, including multi-million-dollar budgets and growth initiatives

  • Deep expertise in SAP BASIS, SAP HANA, Linux/Windows administration, and enterprise infrastructure operations

  • Proven experience leading multi-cloud delivery environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) supporting complex enterprise workloads

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL principles, service governance frameworks, and best operational practices

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, globally distributed organizations and drive operational transformation

  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

  • Strategic mindset combined with operational discipline and transformation orientation

  • Resilient leader with the ability to adapt quickly in high-complexity, high-visibility environments

  • Proven ability to operate cross-functionally to execute enterprise initiatives
