The Director of Marketing Communications and Operations will establish and lead the center of excellence for go-to-market communications, marketing operations, and budgetary planning for Windows. This visionary leader will drive change, shape innovative strategies, and spearhead transformative initiatives to elevate Windows Marketing. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, managing a high-performing team, and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in business
  • 4+ years direct people management experience or indirect people management experience
  • 4+ years experience in marketing, operations and communications
  • 10+ years proven experience in marketing, communications, program management, business operations, go-to-market strategy, integrated marketing, creative and demand generation, ideally within the marketing and/or technology sector
  • 8+ years of international business experience
  • 8+ years of experience in spearheading and overseeing extensive organizational transformation, change management, and development initiatives
  • PMO or project management experience
  • Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and fostering stakeholder relationships
  • Experienced leader with executive presence who can represent the business to CVP and executives
  • Willingness to travel as needed for marketing and partner events
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing numerous high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to maintain stakeholder enthusiasm and commitment throughout a project
  • Proven record of effectively motivating and coordinating cross-functional teams
