Implementation Manager, Technical

QuartzBio is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Manager, Technical to join their Managed Services team. This role focuses on overseeing the successful implementation of QuartzBio’s Precision Medicine Intelligence Platform and SaaS solutions, with a strong emphasis on system integrations, data acquisition workflows, and collaboration with customers. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, system integration skills, and experience in the biopharma industry. This is a remote position focused on driving data acquisition and providing technical guidance to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Bioinformatics, Data Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
• 5+ years of experience in systems or data engineering, preferably in the biopharma industry
• 4-6 years of experience working in a customer-facing role and leading projects
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of project management processes and tools
• Proficiency in Python or R
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale IT integration projects
• Experience interfacing with systems such as EDC, high-performance computing, large-scale data, and common data lakes and data warehouse systems used within biopharma
• Experience with AWS and common data workflows
• Strong understanding of data acquisition workflow and IT infrastructure
