Associate Staff Consultant, Business Analyst / Product Owner

This position seeks a highly skilled Business Analyst or Product Owner (BA/PO) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. The ideal candidate will translate requirements into actionable user stories, collaborate with stakeholders, and support agile development through Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning. Experience in Agile/Scrum is preferred. The company is a leading Digital Product Engineering firm.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or hybrid BA/PO role in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong expertise in business processes and requirements analysis.
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Product Owner, with a solid understanding of backlog management and prioritization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in documentation, requirement elicitation, and requirement management.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Kanban, LeSS, or SAFe).
• Familiarity with digital product engineering principles.
• Ability to deliver clear presentations and compelling storytelling.
